Understanding your problem is essential to participate fully in your treatment but also in helping to prevent the same problem from happening again. We look at you holistically so you feel and function better and return you to the lifestyle you prefer living.
Our team of PTs have a combined total of 169 years of clinical experience in a variety of treatment settings as well as a commitment to lifelong professional learning to stay up to date on all of the latest information and techniques. We care for a wide range of conditions, injuries, illnesses and post-surgery rehabilitation with specialties in lymphedema, foot/ankle injuries, geriatrics, spine health, manual therapy, sports medicine and vestibular/balance issues. We will coordinate with your other healthcare providers (primary care doctor, specialist, massage therapist, chiropractor and trainer) to assure communication and collaboration across your continuum of care.
Our friendly and helpful office staff will guide you through the insurance maze: verifying and explaining your coverage; billing your insurance and working with you to cover your co-pays and deductibles.
For your convenience we’ve created a list of many, but not all of the insurance companies that provide coverage for your physical therapy services.
We offer a variety of wellness programs to enhance your health and well being beyond the one-on-one physical therapy treatment including:
Yoga Class- Wednesdays at 6:30 to 7:30 pm– taught by Paula Sharon, LMT. Includes a Hatha Yoga style class modified for individuals with limitations due to orthopedic conditions or other health concerns that might restrict normal movement. Special attention is placed on breath work, meditation and gentle yoga postures designed to improve strength, flexibility and balance. Paula has 25 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and fitness.
Parkinson’s Exercise and Balance Class- Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 am taught by Jenny Reeve, PT, MSPT. Includes exercises and activities to work on the challenges specific to Parkinson’s Disease including posture, flexibility, strength, balance and ambulation.

Our core philosophy is “treat the problems- not just the symptoms”. To that end, we schedule one-on-one 40 minutes sessions. These are in one of 6 private treatment rooms. The session includes a comprehensive examination/evaluation followed with a dynamic plan of care and a discharge exercise and prevention program.
